It connects to the office network via WiFi. When I first brought it to the office, I gave it access to a guest domain account that can access low-security shared folders on the company server.
I would like to change the account to my own account so that I can access my shared folders. I can’t find any way of doing this, and everywhere I have looked says this only works with the Pro and Enterprise versions of Windows But it is already connecting to the domain, just with the wrong account.
I do not want to create a new local login account on the nextbook, I just want to associate my regular local login with my domain account.
I do not want to join the computer to the domain. I do not want to upgrade the nextbook to the Pro or Enterprise version. So far as I can tell, the Home version does everything I need it to do. If I had set it up to use my own account from the beginning, I probably wouldn’t have a problem now. This thread is locked.
